Appointees shall receive a notice of appointment for at least 4 elections.
An appointee who fails to serve, unless excused by reason of ill health or other sufficient reason, is guilty of a Class V misdemeanor.
- Voters unable to serve must notify the election office prior to the election and may need to provide evidence of reason(s).
